Why we built the Accordum Advisory website

We built the Accordum Advisory website to explain how we work and what people can expect when they engage us.

It’s not meant to be a full list of services or a place for constant updates. Most of our work is tailored, happens in live delivery environments, and depends a lot on context — the organisation, the team and the issue at hand.

The site is really about approach. It’s there to give people a sense of how we think about commercial, legal and procurement issues, how we work alongside executives and teams, and whether our way of working is the right fit.
